How much lead in the bottom =factory water Ballast

I did not end up doing this job. The stub keel is working well as is. I might add a flaired out bottom the next time i have the boat up on jack stands in a yard. The boat legit goes to weather with no board down and can even be tacked in many cases. Off the wind control is improved and i run her downwind in conditions that she would round up uncontrollably before.
