Yeah, I was probably better off getting rid of it. Sometimes it was too much fun! :D
Sorry to hear about your reliability issues. I understand the first year was awful for electrical glitches, etc. Anyway, thanks for the memory...

Here's an interesting (terribly off topic) tidbit about depreciation. I owned the car two years, put 20,000 miles on it, and sold it (outright to a dealer) for just under what I paid new. And I had racked up $2,000 mileage money driving to/from Chicago in the meantime. How's that for residual value?

Yeah, I know you're a big time trucker, Scott. Trucking company owner no less. And it did cross my mind as I was typing that...

I have rarely had anything bad to say about a trucker... I'm sure everyone has those obscure stories from some long road trip...

But, we both agree that those tow truck drivers are a whole nother story... Especially around these parts...

We just got back in from an hour of clearing snow off the truck, the boat, the driveway and the sidewalk. Looked like we already got 6" and it's still snowing. :(

Don,
Welcome aboard! Glad to hear things are coming along there in NO. Just a little comment though. With all that S**T they pumped into Lake Pontchatrain you might want to slip a condom on thet Mac before you launch it.
