... Instead the whole thing has to kind of pop a bit and if you get the shrouds too tight it just won't rotate anymore.
Sorry, I was picturing a bent tang at mid-mast, where the spreaders pivot. "UPPER" shroud just didn't penetrate my gray hair, much less gray matter ... my bad.
