See post above yours....replace plugs first..cheap and easy.
If you suspect fuel, take the tank out onto land, shake the h*** out of it and then quickly run some out into a glass container...look for the murkiness of water content.
EFI engines are more forgiving of water in fuel than carbs, IMHE
