I wonder how much the 2018 model will have evolved from the 2014 version!

While the 26"X pie and the 26"M pie are both rising stuffed crusts, the X pie is loaded with a variety of toppings that are tossed on a white corn dough and cooks in half the time as that of the M pie. The M pie offers toppings that are delicately sliced and arranged on a blue corn dough that takes twice as long to cook as the X pie. The Classic 26" pie is made on a fast cooking flatbread dough. The smallest pie offered is a 19".
Rumours abound of a revamped menu featuring a 22" pie, yet to be (when & if) introduced.
