Check out BWY, they sell a small ladder that attaches to the genoa tracks that can slide on and off as you want. They have a longer connection on one side (and its swappable so you can use it port or starboard) so that the ladder hangs vertical. Can't remember the cost but it is reasonable and makes it very easy to get in and out of the dinghy. The admiral loves it ... me too! :D
