Okay, so that is just for GPS? It does not do weather sonar, right? (or do they call that radar?) We have some MACS that trailer over here from Arizona and Utah and those guys are pretty hard core - they sail all the way to San Francisco and other dangerous places like the Bahamas and they have some kind of gadgets on their arches that let's them see storms coming - I thought they were pretty cool. I was just wondering what yours does, thanks.

No...no radar. Though according to the manual that head unit would be a compatible display for it. Still, for the foreseeable future "Breakin' Wind" is just a river and bay runabout, so my guess is that the primary use I might have for a radar beacon might be to warm my coffee.
