MYOB.....,,;-) shipping and customs included. I'm going to try to patch and repair mine. Notice, I said try. A back up plan was needed. I have all the necessary stuff to repair but I'm a jack of all trades...

Here is a picture of the dinghy with the bicycle, the dogs, and some groceries, taken by a friend from thier boat.
I rode the bike 3 miles and launched it at the local access. From roll up to launch was 20 minutes but I can cut that time down with practice.


I have not tried to bring it on board yet. I left it tied astern last night.

I have larger wheels on order from a vendor on eBay. That will make the transport on land easier. Its worth noting that the load capacity in the water is much greater than on land.

Here are some more pictures.
The dinghy came in deck easily but I nicked the skin dragging it over the lifelines. A lifeline cover would be a good idea.
The dinghy was easy to move around on deck and didassemble and fold up, but was not a quick thing. Took about half an hour. The dinghy was easy to move below and slide back to the back of the berth.
From decking to storage with bicycle, wheels oars etc ready for travel was about 45 minutes. Thats about on oar with an inflatable. This dinghy option is cheaper lighter and more compact but not nearly as safe. (It can swamp) but it is also easily and cheaply repairable.
It will hold two adults in calm waters and could probably be rigged with a very small outboard like the old 1.5 up 2 cycles.
I was only interested in having a unit that provides shore transportation and I can ride the bike 3.5 miles one way to the shopping plaza without too much effort (once I get in shape
There is still a lot of small improvements I can do to the frame but just little stuff.
