I have no cracks on the gelcoat at my chainplates & I have three set,s of shrouds on them as I have a masthead cutter rig but my shrouds r pretty tight, I,m thinking thats caused by shock loading due to loose shrouds !
easily fixed with gelcoat repair kit , but how tight r ur shrouds ?
