Backstay Install?

To answer your other question Chopper Pilot, I highly recommend Interlux Interprotec 2000E as a good choice. Works as a barrier (has microscopic overlapping plates that form a physical barrier) and as a tie coat primer to make other anti-foul coats stick to it. I chose grey colour and followed all instructions to the letter.

So far four seasons slipped in fresh water all summer, and no sign of blistering on a brand new hull. I also finished with Interlux Micron CSC as an anti-foul. I alternated blue and black colours so I could see when a layer has worn through. So far I have just done spot touch-ups, and have not worn through to the black layer yet.
