You sure put the spare in the right spot! I agree fixing the tongue looks to be fairly straight forward. Replacing the crossmembers are a bit of work, and on my trailer the worst shape. I believe from the carpet/ wood getting soaked, and being shaded under the boat. I used Trex type composite wood on the new bunks, will glue carpet only on the top of bunks. I’m hoping that will dry quicker.
