There's no great mystery here. Roger's daughter & son-in-law (Mr. Sharp, no doubt) have the exclusive export dealership. Apparently the CE rating costs much less to implement than the 12+ thousand price difference ... hence, maybe the Sharps ARE "very wealthy" ...
