They ought to taste more like 'possum. (The North American marsupial.) But what do I know?

I can say that capybara tastes a lot like guinea pig. :P

Well if you have lots of stray cats in your neighbor hood , they say cat meat is white & tastes like chicken so put out a wee bowl of milk & you'll have a free dinner :)

You must have cooked the roo wrong, my favourite roo recipe is to marinate the roo overnight in garlic and a good quality red wine, cook over the rocks to rare, cooked any more and you get shoe leather.

MMMMM .......... Skippy steaks, maybe this weekend.

I read all the input of others on best Barbaque cooking on a boat.
I still will just cook on my $15 (on sale) Coleman Gas Grill.
We use it at the base of cocpit (will change to Navigators seat if wind comforms) so the galley slave has complete control over cooking below deck. The unit is just at the lip of the companionway and easy access to other things she cooks at the gally.
She needs this room for Ummy food, and she does it well after a Sail.
The Coleman legs fold up and go to a small bag.
We usually buy a new one after 2 years but this one is great after 3 years and we do at least 5 day trips a year and lots of 3 day trips in salt water.
Works for us in past 10 years or more in 3 diffrent boats.
Dave
PS: I will disappear when my Hun is at the Galley makeing my Dinner, But..the Grill is my Job!

What do you like and what makes ya like it?

We've looked at the Magma and some others at Boaters World and don't understand the $$$$ difference.

Are there any pit falls to watch out for?
