Thanks all! Sometimes if the video is too long or too big (as in gigs) then some devices can't play them and I don't know why

Got mine out tonight and took a few shots. I didn't do any video, but took a few pics, mostly of our friends kids we had while they were collecting shells and hermit crabs. I managed to grab a few cool ones and thought I'd share.

Nice taylormade, where is that, the glades?

I use to spend a bit of time around Clearwater and Honeymooon island a few years back for work. I use to say I flew 1/2 way round the world to end up in place just like home just bigger and they drive on the wrong side of the road and the lizards are more friendly (gators vs crocs)

Heck you even have a version of a dugong

Similar theme parks Gold Coast v Orlando and our version of the everglades at Noosa.



Not to mention place names in common like Gold Coast, Miami and Palm Beach

I think some of our developers wanted to make a little Florida here

Hey there, thanks! It's actually a small island really close to my house here in Tampa. It's a great place to take friends who have kids as they can play on the sandbars, see all kinds of marine life and they have nature trails on the island that are meant to be educational. It's a result of dredging for the shipping canal and is owned by the Tampa Port Authority and maintained by the Florida Aquarium.

Just off topic a bit, but I watch that "Gator Boys" show, I would love to see them actually get in the water with a Salt Water croc, NOBODY in their right minds even goes near the water edge when they know there is a salty lurking about

I dunno they seem friendly enough to folks in boats

I think the worst part or fear about using a drone while boating is of course the fear of crashing into the water and then your drone is gone or worthless or both. Once you get over that initial fear of that then its okay. I usually take off and hover at about 20 feet for a few seconds and make sure all my systems are working properly before i head out on the water. Lets face it....if something is going to happen then its going to happen! I just got back from 2 weeks up north camping and I had the chance to fly my drone only once because of high winds and bad weather but I shot this video with my Phantom 3 advanced totally over water and this is the first time I ever shot my fishing boat at high speeds which was a bit different then shooting my Mac. Landing was a lot easier as there was no mast or wires to avoid!!
