Hi,
I had to take the dagger board out for inspection. I thought I rigged it back the same way, but it does not seem to work as well - It does not seem to drop down as well as it did before. It is a factory rigging on a 2009 mac M.
Could I kindly request description/pictures of how a factory mac26M daggerboard it rigged?
Kind Regards,

check and lubricate the block . It may be a fit and wear issue. I would rote the board on its verticle axis to the current lead edge is not the trail. See if that helps with reduced friction when raising and lowering.

I agree. You probably installed it backwards, which is easy to do. The 'fat' side of the daggerboard faces forward.
