The rudder is very heavy on the 23 I just bought and the hoist was was not rigged...
Obviously, by the holes in the lower section... the cheek block and the cleat near the top,the lower part is made to swing up when desired...how do you guys rig this configuration.
Is the rudder designed to be hoisted up while in the boat...mine is wooden and very heavy.... I dont want to leave it in the water all season as my boat stays dockside at her slip and not on a trailer...
