Seeking cheap winter storage near Toronto

Hi folks. I have the opportunity to store my boat inexpensively for the winter at a location that's about two hours drive from Toronto (where my boat sits in the water currently). I'm interested in finding inexpensive winter storage at a location that's closer. I generally rent a U-Haul truck for long trailering to save wear and tear on my vehicle which is a bit underpowered for that, so it'd be a benefit to be somewhat local (e.g., within 45 minutes of the city, give or take) so my truck rental is local.
Of course, if the storage is at a local marina, the benefit is that I don't have to rent a truck at all, and can just sail the boat to its trailer. So I'd consider a local marina.
Alternatively, I don't mind paying for the U-Haul if the non-marina storage is really cheap (yet secure). In which case it needs to be in the $200 range to be worthwhile.
Ideas?
