Keel bolt and washers ??

Anybody know where I can purchase a new keel bolt and washers, and any specific instructions on this repair, boat is sitting on the trailer, and is a 1984 25 Macgregor, new to me,

What size bolt and what material?

Per the boat building books I have read, these are commonly made for the application - often by cutting rod stock to length and threading the ends.
