NOAA RNC charts with map named folders

For those of you who use NOAA RNC charts, they come as a single zip download with all the charts contained in numbered folders, and with some applications you have to open each chart to figure out what it is.
So I wrote a little script that digs into the chart data, finds the chart name, and renames the folder containing the chart so you can see the chart names in the chart selection dialog box.

I clicked on link and this is what I got:
"The file you're looking for has been deleted or moved"
Am I doing something wrong?

Seriously dropbox? Sorry guys. 2GB downloads are hard to find a simple hosting solution for.
