BF 50 lower unit

Hey all,
At the end of last year I broke my skeg while pullin her out at the ramp. It appears I didn't have the engine up far enough.
So i'm faced with having it repaired, or replacing the lower unit. It also has a crack that I JB welded at the hub.
I would have to remove all internals to have it welded, and then replace all the seals, which I have no experience with.
I'm hesitant to run the boat until I fix this issue.
Any leads on a used lower unit would be appreciated greatly (2002).
