NEW MAC 26M owner

Hi, new M26 owner and first time sailboat for me. Past experience has been with various size powerboats.
Was wondering if there are any Mac 26 owners around the Hudson FL area that could give me some advice and
pointers on rigging the boat. For now - I'm taking inventory of what I have and what I need to get.

I can't see which Macboat you have, so hard to make any comments.

Start by downloading the manual from this site. Then do a youtube search for your boat type, and you'll find tons of info. If you have a specific question, post it here (with photos please!) and I'm sure you will be impressed with the knowledge of our members and their willingness to share.

Hi Pete, name is Richard and we live over in Frostproof Fl. We only use the Mac as a trawler so can’t help with the sailing. We have a 26X. After the holidays hopefully one of the guys on the coast will speak up. Welcome to the Mac family.

Happy holidays everybody !

Was taking inventory yesterday and found the two rudders inside the cabin.
My question is what size bolt and nut do I need to attach the rudders to the boat - I went on blue water yachts website but all I can find is the
rudder adjustment bolt assy
