Mac26X gennaker size

Post by sailbert »

Hi all,
I purchased a Mac26X in December but will get it delivered on Saturday (still lockdown here in Austria).
So exited, my first monohull (after 30 years of Wharram Cat, Kelsall Tri and Farrier Tri)!
Will sail mostly on Lake Neusiedl in Austria, occasionally Med or Baltic.

I could get a nice used gennaker here, but not sure about the size.

What are the sizes (leech/luff/foot) you have (w/o bow pole)?
Any recommendations?

best,
Reinhard

Congrats on the boat purchase. Check this. http://www.thesailstore.com/macgregor-a ... e2ee1e1f47

I have the factory standard, which they say are the same for X and M, but I've never measured it. Maybe that site will get you close

I found a PDF of MacGregor's "Cruising Spinnaker" (same for 26X and 26M)
