So first contact with anyone other that operates a Mac and of course it had to be this jumble of 'stuff' way beyond this newbies comprehension. Oh sure i heard the words(not remembered more than a minute ) and some kind of explanation about the benefits(however marginal). My mind is screaming the song "...give me the simple life... "

By now i have to assume many/most of you have figured out the only crusty ol highlander willing enough to try explain cutter to some ol landlubber

You've heard the term "old salt"? That's the picture in the dictionary, right next to the definition.

You've just got to put up the rig a few times. It gets easier.

For the record i did NOT take the red pill, not doing that rabbit hole, too happy with make believe as it seems...

If you got to talk boats with Highlander, it was a good day! I’d love to get a good look at all of his boat modifications. The cutter rig is just the icing on the cake.

With a wee bit of luck maybe get the chance to hook up with him on the waters hereabouts this summer. And all the rigging will be up so this novice has any chance of understanding it all.
