People at NETS (thanks Dan) sent me the following on this launch ramp - a good place in the middle of Buzzards Bay for accessing both Rhode Island and the Vineyard on the same trip - Ill post some charts after coffee this am.
The Westport ramp is an excellent grooved concrete ramp that is capable of launching 2 boats at a time with floats on both sides. There is parking for approx. 20 trailers in the parking lot with overflow across the street. It is located almost exactly 11 miles off route 195 on route 88 just over the Westport River Bridge on the right. The cost is $5.00 dollars/day in cash that you pay by putting cash in a supplied envelope and depositing it in the box at the ramp. Route 88 is a two lane road with speed limits of 55 mph most of the way and is in good condition. If you are looking for gas, provisions, or a package store they can all be found on the first turn off route 88 on route 6 west with a turnaround and easy access back to route 88. I hope this was helpful.

I am also the webmaster at NE-TS
I posted it on our website's 'Ramp's page
http://www.ne-ts.com/ra/ra-101ramps.html
I am trying to get writeups on more ramps (and update the current ones)
If anyone has information on other ramps in our sailing area, let me know the details and I will post it
