I think you'll find the shear pin through the prop shaft has been sheared. Remove the cotter pin from the prop hub, unscrew the hub, remove the prop and you'll see the now two or three piece shear pin. Avoid the temptation to replace it with anything other than a proper shear pin.

I've used a 4 blade Pro-Pulse prop on my 18' welded aluminum boat (60 hp Johnson 2 stroke), and would use one on my 26X, except that Pro-Pulse doesn't seem to have a hub available for my 2001 50 hp Nissan TLDI.
