There was some talk on this, but the posts are several years old and either the links are dead or images removed. There way at one time a link on the mod tracker ... but its dead too.

Re: LOOKING FOR WINCH HANDLES V222
I need the same, but honestly have never really need the handle. A few wraps and a good pull are all that is needed tighten them up. Still, would be nice to have for ease of use. Blue Water Yachts does not carry them, They have a kit that will replace both winches with Marelon #6 winches, and handle...

Re: 1973 V22 rudder
Sounds like its in the up position. There is one big pivot bolt. Try loosening it up.
And I wouldn't be using to in the up position, like the top two images. Easy way to break something with that much torque.

Honda B100L DC Output
I have a B100L Honda outboard and it has an output for charging a battery. The plug came with the motor, you just need to supply the wire. Anyone do this before? Its a weird plug, so I assume that there is a polarity issue.

Re: Adjusting Trailer Bunks for V2-22
Hmmm ... the more I think about this the more I think its normal. If the winch is to low, that would pull the bow down, right? So if the boat was flat on the bunks and up against the bow chock, the winch should be puling straight or up ?? Edit: amazing what you can find when you use the right search...

Adjusting Trailer Bunks for V2-22
I was pulling my Venture 2-22 out of the water yesterday and noticed something kind strange about the trailer bunks. When I pulled the boat up the stern end would come out of the water and settle on the bunks, but this would pull the bow away from the front chock. For the life of me I couldn't keep ...

V2-22 Battery
BW Yachts has a battery strap for the V22, which matches the one I have behind the bulkhead the winch is mounted to. Any one know the size of the battery?
