Plastic Hole Covers

Post by rick retiree »

I know this is a long shot but have any of you Macmen know where to buy plastic plugs like on the X? Recently converted rear seat hinge from port to starboard side and had to drill 2 inch hole to do so & now need plug.

May not be the best place but as a last resort http://www.mcmaster.com/ and put plastic finishing plug in the "find products tabs" search box.

I have had good luck at Ace, Lowes, and Home Depot. Go to the specialty hardware section. Usually tons of bins of all kinds of odds and ends.

You can also use small mirrors instead of plugs.

Check this thread.

I arranged with Bob to buy some of his spares, I'm sure he's got more left.
