At some point,I think you're gonna run out of boat to modify!!!

Might want to consider a heavy duty trailer as your "accessories"approach 5000lbs! :D

Glad to see your doing your part to end the recession. In one of the pictures you show an electrical panel in the seat near the dagger board channel. Are you happy with that arrangement or do the cords get in the way of the person seated there?

Word to the wise... I tried using those clips in my MacX... they stayed on one season, until the weather got hot... then every blasted one of them fell off. I ended up having to scrape off the foam adhesive strip and epoxy them to the hull.

since those little foam strips are known for that, might i suggest taking them off the plastic clips, and just dabbing on some 4200 instead. it will add a bit of time to prep, but if the glue is that low of quality, you'll be adding much more time to later headaches if you dont figure out another solution. just a thought. it could work.

What did you knock over a Marine Supply store?

Looks like some fun projects ahead of you.

As mentioned, I haven't had much luck with adhesives in high heats.

We should have an on-line contest for messiest mid-mod pictures.
I think I see the first entry now...

J

I tried buying a lot of stuff at one time when we first bought our boat. Installed some :) , took some back :( , still have some laying around that I don't know what to do with, :P . I'm a lot slower at buying stuff now, my wife says to slow. Need to find a happy medium :D .

Let us know how it goes. I see a few items I have not installed yet, like the deck light. I found a LED replacement bulb for the anchor light I'm installing. I'd like to find one for the deck light.

I just hope this summer your boat gets less mod time and more sail time.

I have lots of mods still outstanding, but every time I get time, I head down to the boat...... ahhhhh, look at that water, wind is up, sun is shining, screw it, I'm going sailing!

This year I made a promise to myself...........

........ I will get at least one mod done this summer........... LOL
