Picture Upload

Following Mistral's question about lack of pictures I checked on how to actually upload them. The FAQ says that you need to give a publicly accessible address for them which I do not have (either server or website) and that you cannot upload them from a PC unless allowed to do so. Am I missing something here?

You need to upload your pictures on a photo sharing website such as: PhotoBucket. You then paste the link to them in your post like this:

You do this by clicking on the "Img" button at the top of the editing box, while composing your post.
