NC Sail Annual Cape Lookout Pirate Sail Oct 16-18, 2009

Bring your Boats Oct 16-18, 2009. It's a great family time.

http://www.sailingnc.blogspot.com

We had 28 boats last time. More expected this year.

This will be our fifth year. Our soon to be 18 year old and 16 year old sons will be there along with many other kids of varying ages.

There will be at least 5 Macgregor's present (3-26X, 2-26M) from http://www.ncsail.org

If your Pirate crew is interested they will need to contact ASAP Bobbie ([email protected]) for Friday night dinner arrangements (optional/recommended dinner 99% show) and Susie ([email protected]) for dockage (optional/recommended 99% go for dockage). We started a list several years back to keep the group together.

We probably have as much fun on Friday night at the Beaufort Town Docks as we do on any of the following days.

Victor

Here is the crazy Hardlte Knot Shore Pirate crew from 2007:

My wife and I are planning to go, at this time. Provided nothing else happens at my work that interferes with my weekends and we can get someone again to watch the dogs. Most likely we will arrive around midnight on the 16th and have to leave afternoon on the 18th. Will there be a marina open at that time? Do I need to make reservations some where? What are the scheduled events that weekend? Are you going to have a video camera? Because if some self righteous lawman tries to give me a ticket again I am going to have my wife flash him and I am going to run for it and get me a good Rodney King beat down just so I have something to brag about, no more of that stopping within 50ft crap, I am going to get my monies worth.

Check http://www.ncsail.org for the current list. With you and an additional Mac 26s and another 26X I don't know that makes eight Macs so far.

After the first trip we were hooked.

I will bring the camera! Can't wait for a good 'ol fashion pistol whipping

Well this gives me a deadline to have the boat fixed. Hope I can make it. Sounds like fun.
