I'm looking to order some foam to make new cockpit cushions.
I like this dryfast foam. http://www.thefoamfactory.com/outdoorfo ... rfoam.html
Looks like it works well in damp installations.
Is 3"' enough or should I go with 4" foam. My factory cushions are 3" and don't have much softness in them.

How thick are your cushions (cockpit)
Re: How thick are your cushions (cockpit)
Ours are 3" and replaced with good 3" foam appear to do the job...not sure of pricing in the US of A but here (Australia) good high density foam is expensive...but found buying whole sheets and self cutting cheaper

We went with 3 inch dryfast from the foam factory and Phifertex material from Sailrite and have been very happy and did all of the Endeavour cockpit cushions the same. They do dry very fast.
Order from the Foam Factory's wholesale site and save a bunch. You will have to cut them anyway and it is easy with an electric knife. Here is the link...

...don't have the Endeavor ones on the site yet,

We divided the tops and bottoms in half and that has really worked well. There are more options on how they are placed and used (Ruth doesn't like the back one and I do) and they store easier than when they were long,

I understand the remodel thing. We have been busy. Just got the bottom of the Endeavour painted a couple days ago. 3 coats of barrier paint and 2 1/3 of antifouling (9 gallons of paint total). That wiped us both out for a day. We will go over to Boca Raton to visit family Thurs. and be back next week for a day or so to pack up and head towards home. We kind of plan on being back down here around Christmas so will try and catch up with you guys then,
