hey! 13 pitch is fine. i generally tout an 11 pitch pontoon prop because a couple of Macs that I know (one X and one M) have used a standard 13 pitch with a Tohatsu 90 and their RPMs barely get to 5200 at WOT under normal loads.beene wrote:I am still thinking with rpm range to be from 4500-5500 my 75 is beetter sooted to the 13 but I really have no idea till I try it out.
but, the Etec powerhead is a different animal. so if a 13 pitch get you the results...go with it!
the main thing is that you're not lugging the motor with a 15 or 17 pitch.
these Macs are a heavy load even for a 90hp.
