Here's the work I've done over the last 3 weeks:
• Clean black scum inside and out
• Flush and clean bilge
• Repair Keel Lock Bolt fiberglass damage (thanks for the tips)
• Repair Fiberglass for Mast Step
• Repair fiberglass companionway hatch cover
• Refinished teak tiller handle
• New line for Tiller Tamer
• New keel winch cable
• New keel cable bolt
• New battery support bracket
• New battery
• Ripped out and replaced entire electrical system
• Installed new electrical panel
• Installed battery cut off switch
• Replaced bilge pump with an automatic pump
• Replaced cockpit drain scupper and hose
• Replaced every running light with LED lights
• Replaced snaps for pop top canvas with stainless steel snaps
• Fabricated pop top support tubes
• Replaced keel swing bolt and seals
• Replaced keel lock bolt and seals
• Replaced plywood support for winch under companionway
• Replaced spreader caps
• Reran 2nd halyard for jib
• Added boom topping lift
• Patched mainsail luff tear (needs a new main)
• Replaced cam cleat on main sheet
• Nylon nutserts for interior panels
• Replace engine cover gasket
• Replace electric cable to engine
• Repair engine neutral safety switch
Next major projects are scraping and painting the hull, and getting rusted sections of the trailer replaced.
I think I've covered just about everything. It will likely be a couple of weeks before I can get her in the water. Anything else I should look at?
