Cleat replacement

I stepped on 1 of my cleats this past summer and it snapped
so I have replaced it. Here are some photos showing the repair.
A 4" hole saw worked well.

2 large washers for backing. I used 4200 to bed the cleat and some on the washers.

I finished up by glassing the removed 4" hole back in place. No leaks. last long long time.
