Cool new forum Russ....Does pdf work here, let me try to post a cruise log...its 23 pages but most of that is pics.

Fyi, the OWB marina I used to launch from in Dec 2016 was completely taken out (2 story building turned into match sticks) by Hurricane Irma the following year which is why I skipped going to the Keys in 2017. And in 2018, I finally made it to Boca Grande Key too. Love cruising the Keys!

On Edit - I see the photo hoster converts the first page of the pdf to an image file. I used to have this pdf (and several more cruise logs) hosted on yahoo group but they disabled that capability last year. Let me try the 'Attachments' option and see if that works.

To 'bump' my own trip log a few years, later in 2020, I did in fact cruise the middle keys specifically to close off all my tracks over the last dozen years of cruising the keys (1 week at a time for the most part). This cruise was a bit more challenging to do in the middle of 'Covid'.

Most of these tracks (2011-2023) were made with my 26 :macx: although there are about 2-3 I did on other boats. I had avoided the 'middle keys' because I figured they were kind of boring compared to the upper and lower keys. But finally, in late 2020, I joined all my tracks together...here is a closer view:

and a silly little video I made to celebrate the occasion too....

Nice trip log and video.

Ixneigh lives down there in Key Largo. Did you happen to bump into him at all?

Thanks!

Yes, I believe I did meet him on my first or second trip down there well over 10 years ago now (these 2 trips were with one of my teenaged daughters at the time - all grown up now). Remember it well .. It was at Adams Key tide station beach where we got one of the biggest no-see-um swarms I've ever witnessed! I believe I wrote up a trip report for that one. I started off in Biscayne bay and the upper keys for the first 3-4 Keys trips and then made my way south for the last several trips. I was briefly in Key Largo last year this time during the EC but didn't have much time to find old friends being on a mission and all.
