honda 50 trim problems

My 2000 honda 50 engine sometimes gets stuck in the up or down position. I can hear that its getting electric power from the switch and have greased the fittings but it still gets stuck sporatically. Any trouble shooting suggestions? :macx:

Sounds like either you've got an interference problem (something getting in the way) or that, more likely, you've got insufficient oil in the hydraulic fluid reservoir and/or an improperly bled hydraulic system. If you have a manual, use that to check the oil and bleed it.
